Phnom Penh’s New Koh Pich-Koh Nora Bridge Set to Open Temporarily in October

The cable-stayed concrete bridge spanning from Koh Pich to Koh Nora in the Chamkarmon and Chbar Ampov districts is now complete and poised for inauguration on 27 October. This eagerly awaited development was announced during a bridge connection ceremony presided over by His Excellency Khuong Sreng, the Governor of the Board of Governors of Phnom Penh, and Nak Oknha Pung Kheav Se, Chairman of OCIC on 13 September 2023.

The Koh Pich-Koh Nora Bridge, nestled in Sangkat Niroth, Khan Chbar Ampov, Phnom Penh, represents an investment of US$38 million and stands as a testament to the collaborative efforts of the Overseas Cambodian Investment Company (OCIC) under the guidance of the Phnom Penh Capital Administration.
