The Real Estate and Construction Committee of the European Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia (EuroCham) and the Cambodia Constructors Association officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding on March 19, 2026, in Phnom Penh. This strategic partnership represents a collective commitment to strengthening investor confidence by promoting and implementing higher professional standards throughout the Kingdom’s building industry.

The collaboration between EuroCham and CCA is centered on a shared vision to advance essential pillars of modern construction, including structural quality, site safety, and environmental sustainability. By fostering a framework for cooperation, both organizations aim to facilitate the exchange of specialized knowledge and professional expertise. This initiative is designed to encourage the adoption of global best practices, ensuring that Cambodia’s rapid urban development continues in a responsible and sustainable manner that benefits all stakeholders.

Beyond technical improvements, the agreement is set to unlock significant business opportunities for the members of both associations. During the signing ceremony, special recognition was given to Oknha Charles Vann, Chairman of the CCA, and OCIC to support for their pivotal roles in realizing this initiative.
