OCIC WINS AT PROPERTY AWARDS SWEEPS PROPERTY AWARDS

Cambodia’s leading developer, OCIC wins award and is highly commended in two categories at the Cambodia Property Awards on 25 February.

Overseas Cambodian Investment Corporation (OCIC) won the Best Mixed-Use Development prize for Olympia City, while its flagship project was also highly commended for the Best Development award. OCIC itself was highly commended in the Best Developer category.

300 of the kingdom’s top professionals and leaders including HE Dr. Pen Sophal, representing HE Senior Minister Im Chhun Lim gathered at the Sofitel Hotel to celebrate the first hosting of these prestigious awards.

“Cambodia now joins the other leading economies of ASEAN in hosting its own awards programme,” said Terry Blackburn, founder of the Asia Property Awards programme, in his welcoming remarks. “It is a testament to the strength and quality of the local industry that we have so many fine developments on the shortlist.”

All the award winners will be moving on to the grand finals at the South East Asia Property Awards 2016 in Singapore this November.
