Peng Huoth Group Marks Two Decades of Real Estate Excellence with Vision for Sustained Growth

Leading Cambodian developer celebrates 20th anniversary by highlighting a massive 1,000-hectare development footprint and honoring long-term employee commitment

PHNOM PENH, April 10, 2026 — Peng Huoth Group, a pillar of Cambodia’s real estate development sector, held a grand annual gala to commemorate its twentieth year of operations. Under the theme 20 Years Together, Eternal Happiness, the event celebrated the collective achievements of the leadership and staff across the group’s diverse subsidiaries, including Borey Peng Huoth, PH Construction, and PH Investment.

Since its founding in 2005, Peng Huoth Group has achieved remarkable expansion, now overseeing a development area encompassing nearly 1,000 hectares across the capital and its surrounding areas. This significant footprint underscores the company’s evolution from a burgeoning local enterprise into a dominant force in the national property market, known for its high-quality residential projects and commitment to integrated urban development.

A central highlight of the anniversary gala was the recognition of long-term employee loyalty. The company presented special awards to nearly 300 staff members who have served for durations ranging from 10 to 20 years. This gesture served as a deep expression of gratitude for the hard work and steadfast dedication that have defined the company’s internal culture as a unified family.

During the celebration, Neak Oknha Thai Chea Huot, Chairman of the Board of Directors, reflected on the company’s transformative journey. He noted that when the company launched in 2005, it started with a single modest project and a small team, but it was driven by a significant dream. The vision was to create luxury residential projects that combined high-quality construction with natural living environments to provide meaningful value to residents’ lives. He emphasized that the success enjoyed today was forged through overcoming major crises and numerous obstacles, eventually earning trust from national and international institutions and, most importantly, from their loyal customers.

Bolstered by the success of its three main subsidiaries, Peng Huoth Group remains committed to its core values of excellence and community building. As it enters its third decade, the group aims to further strengthen its position as a leader in the industry, continuing to shape the landscape of Phnom Penh and beyond through innovative and sustainable development strategies.
