Ring Road 3 officially inaugurated: Enhancing Connectivity and Unveiling New Development Horizons

With a total length of 52.983 kilometers, Ring Road 3 encompasses a crucial semi-circle route, connecting National Road 4 to National Road 1. The road traverses the province of Kandal, spanning nearly 38 kilometers, and intersects the dynamic geography of Phnom Penh, extending approximately 15 kilometers.

Funded by a $273 million loan from the People’s Republic of China, the construction of Ring Road 3 commenced in January 2019. This strategic infrastructure project aims to enhance connectivity, facilitate smoother traffic flow, and promote regional economic growth.
