He confirmed that the investment company specializes in the agricultural, agro-industrial, and commercial sectors, and is recognized by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture of China.

He added that “the Chinese investment company needs more than 300,000 hectares of agricultural land, with an investment of more than $ 400 million and they plan to set up modern agricultural infrastructure and technical teams and will help farmers find markets and purchase their products at market prices.”

The investment is also expected to create job opportunities and income for the local community.

The potential investment highlights Cambodia’s attractiveness to foreign investors, particularly in the agriculture sector.
